Shipping

1.  How Long Does It Take To Ship My Order?

All orders have 1-3 business day processing time.

Artwork designing takes 2-4 business days, with revisions add 1-2 business days per revision.

Because we make everything to order, our designers custom make your design and our production team will cut & sew your product by hand. This takes about 3-7 business days.

Shipping is quoted by the carrier at 7-15 business days - USA and 10-20 business days - International.

However our times can vary depending on demand and our backlogs. We will try our best to keep customers informed of these turn around times via email 

2.  Why Do Items Ship Separately?

Due to our turn around times and how we produce our orders we sometimes will ship items out separate from each other if it means getting them to you faster so you don't wait. We want to get you items as fast as possible. 

3.  Why Doesn't My Tracking Link Work?

Please use our contact us page and notify us of the issue so we can figure out a solution and contact the shipping company or get the link working.

4.  I Ordered From Outside Of The United States and I Have A Custom's Duty Tax, Why?

Countries outside the United States often times require a tax from good purchased and shipped from over seas. Sadly we are not able to purchase or pre-pay your duty tax when we print our shipping labels and those fees are different depending on the legnth of travel and the counrtry of orgin. 

Returns

1.  What If I Don't Like My Artwork?

Our goal is to make our customers LOVE the item, but if you do have issues please reach out to us as each case is different and a variety of reasons could be effecting how the art is displayed (bad quality photo, bad lighting, missing notes in order to highlight a specific feature). 

2.  I Did Not Receive My Package Or It Was Returned, How Do I Get It Re-Shipped?

Usually if a package is returned to us it was because of an invalid address, or mistakes made by the shipping providers we use. You can contact our customer support team and we'll update or confirm a working address to re-ship the item.

3.  Can I Get A Refund?

*Exchanges must be made within 60 days from the date your item was delivered. We can not take returns on personalized or made-to-order products. Those sales are final unless it's a quality issue or incorrectly sent. 

Do to the nature of the product being 100% custom we are unable to refund an order that has processed and shipped. The items are of your family member and we are unable to resell, donate or do anything with an item that is returned. 

Product

1.  How Will I Know If My Photo Will Work?

Please check out our description section of the product page to make 100% sure your photo will work for our artist but when in doubt please leave notes on the order and indicate any questions or concerns so we can address them when developing the one of a kind artwork!

Please No BLURRY Photos or Photos With FILTERS!

2.  I Received The Wrong Items, What Do I Do To Get It Fixed?

Very sorry about this!  We are mere human and we are terribly sorry about the mistake. If you could email us a photo of the wrong item, we can send you a new label to re-ship the wrong item back to us and we can get you out the correct order! This rarely happens but when it does we are so sorry! 

3.  Can You Print My Sports Team Logo?

Due to copyright laws and trademarks own by the companies we can't create/print copyrighted or trademarked material on anything we sell. If you submitted a photo your team logo will ask for another to replace it or allow us to re-draw the image with out the branding. 

4.  Will I See The Final Product Before It Is Printed?

You can expect to see your product in 2-4 business days, depending on the season.

5.  How Long Do Revisions Take?

Revisions take 1-2 business days depending on the season.

6.  I Already Approved My Artwork, Is It Too Late To Change It?

Unfortunately, it is

Review proofs to confirm: spelling, grammar, artwork, layout and design content are correct.  All artwork must be approved by the customer before we move forward with production.  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct in all areas.

7.  How Does Your Apparel Fit?

Our apparel is a "fashion" fit. Which means it has a snugger more body conforming look.

8.  If It Doesn't Fit Can I Send It Back?

We do our best to make our fitting guide transparent and easy to understand. Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our products we cannot accept returns. However, In the case of your apparel not fitting please contact us, we'll do all we can to work with you in a fair and just way.
